John DeFini

It all started many years ago, his love for automobiles and computers.  Writing his first computer application at 6 and tearing engines down at 14, easiLogistics founder John DeFini has a deep passion born from the automotive & technology industries.  With cars, DeFini started as a parts driver working through the ranks to wholesale manager and then parts manager by his early twenties.  DeFini formed a rich understanding of the dealership business and the inner workings of the automotive wholesale industry.  After working for thirteen different automotive franchise marques in the Tri-State area, his career transitioned to his other love, computers.  

DeFini once again grew his career from the ground up in the technology industry and fifteen years later, is leading global technology teams for the world's largest financial institutions.  DeFini has decided to return his focus to the auto industry as he is a true "car guy" and nothing inspires him quite like it.  With his vast experience in technology he knew there were problems he left behind in that arena and that he now has the knowledge and tools to solve.

With such a diverse set of skills you're extremely lucky to have her as a co-founder is what everyone says. Its nothing but the truth! Karen is as comfortable in the board room as she is track side. Having spent most of her career working closely with C-level executives across many fortune 500 companies in the area of marketing, HR, event planning, and sales she brings a wealth of knowledge and street creditibility.

Before her executive experience Karen actually started in the technology sector where she worked to become a seasoned web devloper and content specialist. She's led development efforts on multiple application initiatives and helped manage roll-outs as well as post launch feature enhancments.

Her experience is vast in the areas of operational management, human resources, marketing, sales, and working with prefered clients.
