Delivery Agents receive clear information with large tiles allowing them to acknowledge your order while on the road.  Multiple delivery agents receive requests based on our proprietary algorithms.  

When the agent is not moving more information is available to them so they can better understand the details of your request.  Our agents are the heart of your experience and our company culture heavily rewards those who expeditiously accept requests.

Delivery requests are added to the agents route list as separate pickup and drop off waypoints.  Statuses are shown next to each one.  Detailed route guidance is displayed as turn-by-turn or map overview.

The route list is dynamic and waypoints are arranged in the best possible order based on traffic conditions, vehicle capacity, customer's working hours, and other cool tech magic we can't mention.

You input requests one at a time or bulk via a web portal.  You're able to save them for future staging, retreive estimates, or submit immediately.

Once you submit your request everything esle is taken care of.  All the agent's vehicle capacities are known and the best drivers are summoned based on a wide array of details.  You receive acknowlement that a driver is on the way and the ETA for pickup is displayed.  

With easi Route you're always in the know.  You are notified when statuses change and you can view them at any time during the delivery.

Once deliveries are made agents take photos of the invoices and they are stored and available to you or your office workers at any time.  COD payments are made directly through the software and are deposited so you no longer need to take time to reconcile invoices at the end of each day.
